Programs
In every child’s development, there are windows of opportunity during which it is easiest for a child to learn certain concepts. It is our goal at BPS to train our students at an age appropriate level, taking full advantage of these learning windows.
18mo - 2 years
Our toddler program offers an interactive learning environment where children explore early math, language, creativity, emotions, and the world around them. Supported by our TRS training, we encourage growth in all developmental areas and prepare toddlers for the next step in their academic journey.
3 years - 4 years
Our preschool 3–4 year old classrooms build strong academic skills and social-emotional growth. We incorporate a Christian curriculum and provide an inclusive environment that meets each child at their level and helps them grow independently.
4 years - 5 years
In our pre-kindergarten classes, we strive to achieve academic success by meeting each student at his or her level and challenging them independently. We focus on developing skills in language development, literacy, mathematical concepts, science, social studies, the arts, and Christian training for our pre-kindergarten friends.
Other Programs
After School Care
Bethany Preschool provides transportation after school from Fredericksburg Primary and Elementary schools to our program. Our after-school program provides a safe, engaging place for students with snacks, homework club, and lots of indoor and outdoor fun. Our After-School program is also open during most school holidays and breaks for full-day care.
Summer
During our action packed days, preschoolers (ages 3-5) and school-kids (ages 6-12) will have many opportunities for hands on learning and tons of fun. Our experienced teachers facilitate STEAM projects, science experiments, art projects, and discovering the world around them through exploration. Each week is filled with engaging themes & activities, special visitors, water days, field trips, and more!
